Mission

PIA’s mission is to ensure a concerted response from CEGEPs and universities to training needs for current and future developments in artificial intelligence by building, within member institutions, a shared understanding of the impact of AI.

Vision

PIA’s mission is to enable colleges and universities in Montreal to work in conjunction with its partners to swiftly expand the offering of AI-related post-secondary opportunities. It wants to promote the transfer of available expertise for the socioeconomic development of Montreal and Quebec through organizations that are — or want to become — stakeholders in the development of AI.
