Description

We use techniques such as real-time telemetry and video and audio recordings to help our customers solve business problems like improving product quality, increasing operational and OEE efficiency, cutting maintenance costs, reducing the risk of regulatory compliance violations and lowering fuel usage. Our AI practice grew out of our expertise in industrial process and asset performance. We ensure high-quality, data-driven insights drive real business value. We provide complementary software solutions to our industrial AI services, such as a ROM generator powered by the AI of Amesim software, outlier detection and analysis, quality assessment tools and data processing.

Our AI practice grew out of our expertise in industrial manufacturing processes and industrial asset performance. Discrete manufacturing: Example of AI forecasting to predict the quality of the final product and cooling time reduction. The client was operating with a 2.1% product quality rejection rate. 9 months later, thanks to the AI model, the product quality rejection rate has fallen to 0.9% [~$400,000 per year in raw material savings alone]. And this while maintaining a production increase of 9% annually, while lowering the rejection rate; we cut the total manufacturing time by 8 hours. Continuous manufacturing: Maya HTT developed a real-time digital twin for production quality forecasting in the pulp and paper industry.
