Mission
Our mission: to be a recognized R&D company specialized in the monitoring of natural resources using Earth observation tools; to develop practical tools exploiting Earth observation data and to provide modelling capabilities for integrated environmental management; to undertake research activities related to ocean and coastal observations and modelling; to provide consulting services to users of Earth observation data.
Elevator pitch
Arctus uses AI in the processing of satellite images to solve non-linear signal inversion problems in several dimensions (spatial and spectral). We have developed expertise in training neural networks to correct images of atmospheric contamination and to extract relevant information from satellite images, such as water quality parameters (turbidity) and water depth (bathymetry).
